The Villa, nicknamed "All for Us," is rented for exclusive use only, guaranteeing you absolute privacy. You will be the only guests on the property and will be able to enjoy the swimming pool, vast garden and terrace with barbecue together with your loved ones.

Nestled in a green area of 2,000 square meters, the Presidential Villa is located on a slight hill, which provides pleasant ventilation and breathtaking sea views, especially at sunset. The residence, with a prestigious history and a structure that makes it unique, consists of two levels for maximum comfort and space.

On the main floor you will find a spacious living room, a bright veranda, a laundry room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a service bathroom. On the upper floor, the five bedrooms and four bathrooms, equipped with toilet, bidet and bathtub or shower, provide comfortable accommodations for up to 11 people.

The garden of more than 1,500 square meters, filled with trees and shaded areas, is home to a beautiful 11x5-meter swimming pool with diving board and slide, ideal for relaxation and fun.
